Tell me about any airline related training that you have been through.
If you do not have any industry-specific training, think of any training you've undergone that could prove transferable to this role. Regardless of any industry related training that you have been through, you will need to complete training specific to Virgin Atlantic. "All of our pilots and crew have undertaken intensive specialist training to earn those fabulous golden wings. Regularly re-visiting our training school to keep their knowledge up-to-date, our cabin crew are trained in aviation medicine, safety and security procedures, and everything they need to know about the aircraft they work on. Our pilots are also safety experts, with regular training in the 'sim' (that's one of our state-of-the-art flight simulators!) to make sure they're ready for any eventuality." Do what research you can on the training Virgin provides their staff, and what the industry standards are for the position you are applying for.
"I have taken industry-related safety and customer service training with company ABC. In addition to this training, I have four years of industry experience."
"Although I have not taken specific airline related training, I do have some current certifications that I believe will be helpful. These include CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS training."

I am a Swissport ground staff and my time there has led me to contemplate the real team structure of airline rules regulations registering IATA interline agreements connections and the specifics of 5 different airlines and policies.

Is there any formal or informal training you could include in your answer? Perhaps an employee workshop on safety, emergency situations, first aid, etc.? Think of employer-led training, online courses, workshops, etc.
