Virgin Atlantic needs to ensure that anyone they'd consider bringing onboard would only contribute to their "great team of support staff to make sure safety and security are never compromised." They are counting on every employee to preserve their reputation and retain the trust of their passengers at all costs. So offer your interviewer insight into your approach, and what you would identify as an unsafe situation, aside from an inflight emergency, which was already covered in this set.

This is where I believe training kicks in. There’s a reason crew are trained to high standards so we act in a coordinated manner to reduce any risk onboard. My concerns would normally be discreetly raised with a colleague to assess if possible then steps taken.
