I am a determined individual who loves to build rapport with passengers. I already do that in a 3-minute check-in remembering details for the gate. Offering advice experience and a tongue-in-cheek joke always brings a smile to my passengers. They remember me when they board. Imagine what I could do with those golden nuggets of time extended to 7,8,9 hour flights.
