Are you comfortable undergoing a criminal record check?

Virgin Atlantic flies millions of passengers per year, and they need to ensure everyone working for their airline has a clean criminal record to guarantee the safety of their passengers. "At Virgin Atlantic, it's important we have fun, work hard and enjoy life, but our number one priority is the safety and security of our staff and customers. The nature of the airline industry means we need to be very thorough." Keep your answer short and to the point. If there is anything on your record, you are concerned may come up, hiding it and hoping it won't be noticed exhibits a lack of integrity and a lacking of courage to do the right thing. So, be transparent about it, and take advantage of this opportunity to provide context to it, which exhibits a strength of character.
