You acknowledge that any submissions you make to Mock Questions LLC's web site (e.g., user-generated content, including, but not limited to, interview reviews, interview questions, interview answers, company reviews, comments, forum messages, reviews, text, video, audio and photographs, as well as computer code and applications) (each, a "Submission") may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, and displayed by Mock Questions LLC and you waive any rights you may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to you.

You grant Mock Questions LLC a perpetual, nonexclusive, world-wide, transferrable, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to the Submissions, which include, without limitation, the right for Mock Questions LLC or any affiliate or third party Mock Questions LLC designates, to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify and adapt in any form or media now known or hereinafter developed.

9. Premium Services

By choosing to upgrade your services on MockQuestions.com, you agree to the following terms:

Refund Policy

All refunds will be given at the discretion of Mock Questions LLC. You agree to pay all charges that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through MockQuestions.com, at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred. In addition, you remain responsible for any taxes that may be applicable to your purchases through MockQuestions.com or our third party payment providers.

• The email address used to pay for premium services will be kept by Mock Questions LLC and used as your login information. We may send marketing material to your email address, but will not share your email address with any third party.
• We will store your IP Address and track your activity throughout our site for analytics and to understand how our members use MockQuestions.
• You agree to Stripe, Inc. terms of service and additional terms.
• You understand these are mock interview questions and mock interview answers. They are in NO WAY real interview questions that may be asked at your interview. We have created the best interview questions we believe will help you prepare for your interview, but in no way do we guarantee these questions would be asked in a real interview.
• Interview Answers are not actual answers. You cannot expect to memorize all of the interview answers we provide and expect to land a job. You have to learn how to create your own interview answers. DO NOT MEMORIZE OUR INTERVIEW ANSWERS. Use your own discernment when reading our answers.
• Interview questions and answers may not be unique. We often repeat questions and answers throughout the site.
• Our company interviews are based off the industry we believe they represent. These questions and our interview answers are not unique to each company.
• Term "Professional" or "Professionally" in use to describe the author of an interview answer describes a person that has past interviewing experience.
• You will not be reimbursed for any down time of our servers.
• You will need to create a password to use our premium services. We strongly advise against reusing any password that you currently or have previously used for any services outside of MockQuestions.com.
• Although we use basic encryption technology to store your password, we will not be liable if any person, organization, hacker, etc., gains access to your password.
• Our premium services are subscription-based with recurring payments. It is your obligation to cancel or close your account to stop recurring payments. To stop payments, visit your membership homepage, click "Account", then click the "Stop Payments" button.
• We may cancel your subscription for any reason without notifying you.

Mock Questions LLC is not affiliated with any organization listed on Mock Questions LLC's web site. Any interview question listed under any organization on Mock Questions LLC's website was created by Mock Questions LLC and has no actual representation of the organization.

11. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Mock Questions LLC's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Professional Answer Review Service

By clicking "yes" or "opt-in" and enabling our professional writer answer review service, you agree to the following terms:

• All answers submitted become property of Mock Questions LLC
• All answer suggestions are property of Mock Questions LLC
• All answer revisions are property of Mock Questions LLC
• Any answer submitted may be shown, displayed, or vocalized on our website or any publication
• Any answer suggestions or revised answers do not mean they are acceptable answers in any job interview
• Any answer suggestions or revised answers could in fact be the completely wrong answer to say or type in your particular job interview
• We will post your answer, answer advice or answer suggestion, and answer revisions to our website under "User-Submitted Interview Answers"
• Answer revisions that we post will be kept anonymous except for the writer on staff who made the revision
• Your answers are stored in our database, but we will not be held liable if an unknown actor, organization, hacker, etc., gains access to those answers
• You agree not to submit copyrighted content

• We do not guarantee access to your saved answers
• We will not intentionally show your answers on our website
• Your answers are stored in our database, but we will not be held liable if an unknown actor, organization, hacker, etc., gains access to those answers

13. Interview Coaching - One-on-One Interview Coaching Messaging

By clicking "Get Started" and participating in our interview coaching service, you agree to the following terms:

• We, Mock Questions LLC, will not be held liable for any messages between you and our interview coach
• All messages submitted become property of Mock Questions LLC
• All messages sent by our interview coach are property of Mock Questions LLC and may not be posted, shared, submitted, or used outside of MockQuestions.com and Mock Questions LLC
• Any messages sent by our interview coach are not representative of Mock Questions LLC
• Any messages sent by our interview coach that provide instruction, advice, feedback, or tips will not be considered to be correct. We strongly advise you to use your own discernment when heeding such advice
• Any messages sent by our interview coach that you deem to be poor or bad advice will not result in liability now or in the future
• Your messages are stored in our database, but we will not be held liable if an unknown actor, organization, hacker, etc., gains access to those answers
• It is against our policy and rules to communicate with your interview coach outside of MockQuestions.com

14. Interview Question and Answer Coaching Service

By clicking "Yes" or "Get Started" and enabling our professional writer answer review service, you agree to the following terms:

• All answer suggestions are property of Mock Questions LLC
• All answer revisions are property of Mock Questions LLC
• Any answer submitted may be shown, displayed, or vocalized on our website or any publication
• Any answer suggestions or revised answers do not mean they are acceptable answers in any job interview
• Any answer suggestions or revised answers could be the completely wrong answer for your particular job interview
• We will post your answer, answer advice or answer suggestion, and answer revisions to our website under "User-Submitted Interview Answers"
• Answer revisions that we post will be kept anonymous except for the writer on staff who made the revision
• Your information submitted to us (previous company, experience, years, etc.) will be shared with our Interview Coaches to better assist in the answer review process
• Your answers are stored in our database, but we will not be held liable if an unknown actor, organization, hacker, etc., gains access to those answers

15. Amazon Gift Card Promotion

Amazon Gift Card Promotion refers to our service where we reward premium members who opt in to our Amazon Gift Card reward if the user sends us interview questions from their recent interview.

By clicking "Count me in", "Yes", or "Get Started" and enabling our Amazon Gift Card promotion, you agree to the following terms:

• Must be a premium member (have a subscription with MockQuestions.com) to participate in our Amazon Gift Card Promotion
• We hold sole discretion on whether or not your submission(s) earn a gift card
• Questions must be longer than 20 characters and contain a real question, not a summary of the question
• All questions must be submitted within one hour of receiving our initial text message
• The value of the Amazon Gift Card will be ten dollars but is subject to change
• A user may only do one Amazon Gift Card Promotion at a time with a one-week cool down period before opting in again
• All questions and content submitted become property of Mock Questions LLC
• We will not use your telephone number for any other text message or promotion
• Once we have determined you have earned a gift card, we will either email you the link to the gift card or text message you a link
• No cash alternative. We will only reward you through Amazon Gift Cards
• Any attempts to defraud our system will be grounds for disqualification
• The Amazon Gift Card Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• You may opt out of the Amazon Gift Card Promotion at any time through your account settings
