"My primary goal in my career as a flight attendant is to become a senior team member and eventually train others in the airline industry. I feel that what Virgin Atlantic offers is a strong path towards those goals and I am excited about what this position has to offer, not to mention a culture where I really feel like I can be myself with a feeling of belonging."

Although there are a variety of positions available within Virgin Atlantic, and avenues for growth, you want to go beyond conveying that this particular position feels like a good fit, or a step up in your career. Do more than assure your interviewer that this position feels like a challenge or a step up in responsibilities and fits with your overall career goals. When examining how your career goals align with what they have to offer, don't limit yourself to the skills, experience level, or qualifications listed in the posting as seeming as a good match. Don't limit yourself to your desire to climb the corporate ladder, either. Although there is nothing wrong with these things, and you certainly should align yourself with them, you want to think outside of the box as well. Be sure to align yourself with their company culture, their brand identity (of which you would be a representative), and how their work environment fits your ideal, and would foster greater productivity and job satisfaction.

My primary career goal is to move onwards and upwards through the company and progress to becoming a high-ranking member of the team. I would also love to progress to being part of a training team helping new recruits start their exciting journey.

Nice! You come across as ambitious and enthusiastic, which is great. Don't forget to explain how this role fits into your plans, though. Will you learn certain skills that will help you become a proficient trainer one day? What else are you excited about in terms of this position itself? Remember, you want to show that you're excited to progress in the company, but you also want to show that you will be dedicated to this specific position too (and not racing to move on from it). Good job!
