Think back on the comments or compliments your coworkers have offered you. Avoid seeming like you are telling them what they want to hear. Instead, exhibit some sense of humility and self-awareness. That doesn't mean you have to volunteer anything unflattering. Demonstrate your awareness of how well you work with others, how others perceive you, and how this informs your self-perception. The algorithm will always watch for signs of discomfort or dishonesty. Unlike an in-person interview, the algorithm will not be charmed or fooled. It will analyze your vocal inflections, choice of words, and body language for signs of dishonesty or exaggeration. Some tells are when a person speaks in sentence fragments or changes their speech patterns or tone. So speak from the heart and maintain confident body language and comfortable eye contact.
