"I recently headed a team project that was an incredible success, but one team player was instrumental in our success thanks to their unique contributions. There was one key innovative contribution that gained the attention of my supervisors. Now, I am also an outside-of-the-box thinker, and the simple solution that this team player came up with was so obvious I was surprised I hadn't thought of it myself. I received a lot of praise, but I knew I couldn't steal the credit and made sure that team player received their dues for their contributions."

"A while back, a coworker received multiple warnings for their attendance issues. We were friends, at work anyway, until the day they called me at my desk and asked me to clock in for them. They explained that they were running late again and would get fired if I didn't clock in for them. I asked them to think about what they were asking me to do, explaining they were asking me to betray my values, risk my job, and set a precedent with no guarantees that they wouldn't ask me to do it again. I told them that they were responsible for their actions and that I wouldn't clock in for them. I explained that they were putting me in the uncomfortable position of reporting this request but gave them the option to report their moment of weakness themselves and to make every effort to make it to work on time. Sadly, they instead decided to quit without giving notice. I provided context to management, and they recorded my report in their file."

As detailed on PNC's website, integrity is one of their company values, which they hold expectations for their employees to possess. "We are honest, do the right thing, conduct business with the highest ethical standards, and enable our colleagues to raise concerns." Answer this question after you've researched their website and learned the language (keywords and key phrases) of their company culture. Then consider what integrity means to you and how the two align. This will guide you in effectively answering this question. "Get an inside look into our culture and what makes our employees proud."

Remember, the algorithm will study and analyze your every move and word. You want to look the algorithm in the eyes (your computer camera) as often as possible and imagine you're talking to a person. Some of the non-verbal cues the algorithm will use to evaluate your honesty are averting your gaze, hiding your eyes with your hand, or covering your mouth. Others are shifting your weight or fidgeting, playing with your hair, pressing your fingers to your lips, or stroking your chin. The trick to effectively answering each question is to answer with sincerity and maintain a confident, comfortable, and relaxed demeanor.

In the capstone class, one of the group members didn't want to go to class but wanted to get attendance points. He approached me hoping I could sign him in and then told me he could buy me dinner, but I firmly refused his request because I thought it would be dishonest to do so.

Last week I was vending for an event where someone dropped their wallet. This person did not return and I made it my duty once my shift had ended to return it to them.

I was helping with a project that involved inventory. With my current Excel knowledge compared to others in our group of 5, I was given the lead on this assignment. Throughout the 3 days of work, I noticed extra data input or a more seamless structure to the spreadsheet for which I continued to be credited. I let my Lead know that it wasn’t me but 2 members of my team who took the time to learn and improve our workflow and data.

This is a great example! It showcases your integrity but also your kindness, team orientation, and ability to lead others.
