Where do you see yourself in five years?
"In my first year on the job, I see myself earning the trust of my coworkers, working hard, and proving my worth. In the second year, after I've set up several systems for myself, I would hopefully already be contributing towards streamlining systems for others in our department and making significant contributions. By the third year, I hope to have earned a leadership position and continue to develop and grow, with the interest of working in the XYZ department. By the fourth or fifth year, I will hopefully escalate past a supervisory role and into a managerial role."
"In five years, I would like to move into treasury management. I have an ambitious career plan with attainable goals to get there over the next five years. Based on the business structure and opportunities from within which PNC offers, and my prior experience, I believe it is attainable, and I am driven and determined to get there."

Looking back on the past 5 years I wouldn’t think I’d be where I am today if it wasn’t for PNC and the resources I have earned over this time. My goal isn’t just to hop from one role to another but to continue to improve my skills with the PNC network to continue navigating my route in the IT industry.
