"I have no trouble managing stress. I am normally pretty even-keeled. If others stress out around me, I have no trouble bringing them back down. It is important to ground everyone swiftly when you can because, more often than not, one person's stress can infect the entire workplace and hurt morale. I try to keep things relaxed and positive when I can."

This question assesses your emotional intelligence. How you answer could tell them whether you experience stress on occasion and can effectively manage it, aptly moving forward with your tasks, or if your stress disrupts your productivity and you experience task paralysis, feeling overwhelmed and daunted. Think about the stressful situations you experience on the job and how you get through those moments while leading by example.

When relaying stressful situations you've dealt with professionally, avoid reverting to the emotional state of that situation. Demonstrate how you kept calm under pressure. Reflect on your best moments, and convey how you managed your stress. Focus on the pride of that moment and let your confidence and emotional maturity shine.
