"Every brand has a culture, and every brand has their teams. A customer who is loyal to any brand should be viewed as a stakeholder by that team and as a member of that team or tribe. That loyalty should be respected and appreciated and thereby retained."

One of PNC's values is Customer Focus; they state, "We offer products, services and experiences that fulfill our customers' financial needs and goals in a clear and transparent way, while delivering on the commitments we make to them." They also say that understanding the needs of their customers means having a "knowledge of and the ability to recognize and be sensitive to the different perspectives and priorities of different customers." Evaluate how your approach aligns with theirs.
Speaking in a slow and measured tone communicates that you are relaxed and confident. Speaking quickly conveys that you are nervous and trying to hurry through your interview. Practice being in your comfort zone when answering these questions. Choose your words with care, and use terminology that is already a natural part of your vocabulary.
