I want to grow. I love my current role, my manager, and my team. If it continued to challenge me and give me what I needed to stay I’d consider it. But I know that this isn’t the cap to my career. It is so vast and I feel like this position gives me the best opportunity possible to continue growing and advancing my career forward.
