"I'm a positive person. I pride myself on my attitude and outlook on life. I've achieved this confidence in myself by being honest with myself at all times. If you want to be an honest person, you have to start by being honest with yourself. I don't know many people who can do that. I'm always on the lookout for the truth when it comes to everything, and as a result, that mindset has gifted me with a high level of attention to detail that I apply to everything. That goes hand in hand with my strong work ethic. Integrity is my number one core value. I'm a self-starter and a team player around the clock."

You cannot know the other candidates' qualifications or how their interview performances compare to yours. The only thing you have to go on is your own merits. Seize this opportunity to align your values and motivators with the work culture of their brand and deliver your best sales pitch. Demonstrate how grounded and well-rounded you are, and describe your unparalleled skill sets. Maintain your professionalism. Coming across as overly confident could make you seem arrogant, whereas being too humble can make you seem insecure or underqualified.

The assessment vendor is asking you to give them a reason they should hire you while studying your behavior to ascertain if you believe in what you are saying. They are evaluating your verbal and non-verbal cues for signs of honesty and confidence in your skills and will determine whether you can identify what sets you apart from the other candidates. Answer with sincerity. If you can align your interests with what this opportunity offers, all the better.

JP Morgan Chase has put a lot of effort in advertising their merits, and why they are the right employer for you. Now it is your turn to inform them why you are the right fit for them. To answer this question effectively, spend some time reading through the PDF they provide on their website called "How we do business" and you'll find some valuable information there which could help you identify how you fit their mold. For example; "Have a fierce resolve in everything you do. Demonstrate determination, resiliency, and tenacity. Do not let temporary setbacks become permanent excuses. Use mistakes and problems as opportunities to get better - not reasons to quit." If this sounds like you, describe these strengths in your own words, which could convey you are indeed the right candidate for them."

First off, when I look at the key skills, and interests, I can safely cross each and every one off the list. When I look at the job description itself, though, I became instantly captivated. I yearn to work on high-responsibility teams that thrive on data and strategy; these qualities are what I have learned in many walks of life and now call my own. Even the JPMorgan mission of putting customer's first is in my DNA as I have worked in the restaurant industry my entire life; "The customer is always right."

It's fantastic that you mention the company's mission and how your values align with it. Awesome! You also do a good job of explaining why you think you're the right candidate for this position. Your passion shines through.
