"Too many to count. Right now I am very interested in the pay gap regarding gender equality, and how diversity inclusion enhances innovation, and closes the income gap. Theres this great book I read in college called micro-motives and macro-behavior. I've always been passionate about this subject, and frankly it is partly what drew me to compete for this position at this stage in my career. I spend a lot of my time reading and performing research. I can't stop asking questions; the more I know, the more I realize how little I understand. Whether it's research or reading the periodicals I follow, I strive to pursue active learning. That leads to an eagerness to share. Anytime I share something, I open myself to learning something new when someone reciprocates and shares something. So, answering your question, I stay up-to-date every way I can."

However, this could easily be misinterpreted by the algorithm. So practice relaxing your brow and widening your eyes. Tilt your head slightly and speak softly.

There are a lot let's just say that. I tend to be more interested in global affairs, though. The main one that I find myself researching more and more about regards Russia and China and their ever-increasing collaboration and talks of creating gold-back currencies. Russia and China are purchasing billions of dollars of gold. It seems like there is more to the story, but the breadcrumbs are just as interesting.

Wow! This is a great answer because you bring up a current event that is both interesting and relevant to this company because it's finance-related. Your topic is definitely a good conversation starter too! Nice job.
