My ideal work environment is one that is a high responsibility and high-speed. It requires tough decisions to be made in a stressful environment. I enjoy this b/c with great responsibility comes great power and I see this environment as a way to achieve the best results. In other words, it takes a lot of heat and pressure to make diamonds.
