Avoid listing the items on your resume that they can already see. This question offers you an opportunity to delve deeper into your work history than the basic outline detailed in your resume. It is your chance to tell your whole story and highlight those experiences that don't translate as well on paper. Introduce the soft interpersonal skills you possess, and add a human touch to your skills and experience. Discuss your working relationships and how you contributed in other ways to your team, going into the relationships you built at work.
When researching their website, you'll be able to find language that effectively answers many of the questions posed throughout your interview set. Take note of their language and value statements. Integrate their language into your answers naturally when possible. Wow! You have an impressive background. Consider describing your internship and work experience chronologically and explaining why you chose to pursue them in the first place. And how will this academic, internship, and professional experience enable you to excel in this role? Remind the interviewer of the skills you've gained and how useful these will be within their company. Great job!
