I want to work where my talents will be appreciated the most. I do not want to and do not plan to settle in any aspect of my life. I love the idea of being able to work with the brightest minds in the industry on the most pressing issues. The fact that they have such a large and diverse history and global footprint reassures me this is a company that is here to stay.

Your goal here is to show the interviewer why this company is the ideal fit for you and why you hold it in such high regard. Mentioning your desire to work with 'the brightest minds in the industry' is great because it shows that you think intelligent people work for the company. How about its mission? What about it aligns with your own values? How about its culture? Why do you think you'll fit in? What about its location, past successes, or role responsibilities do you think is great? Adding more detail here will strengthen your answer. Good job!
