"It may sound corny, but my biggest achievement was getting to the point in my career where I felt I had overcome all the milestones and gained the skills necessary to compete for this position. That we are here right now means that I have achieved all the goals required in my five-year plan to have gotten me to this point in time. I've never reached this point before, so in all honesty, this is my greatest achievement to date, from a big-picture point of view."

Explain how you scale your sense of accomplishment toward your goals.

HireVue uses proprietary machine-learning algorithms that record your video interview and analyze your facial expressions, eye movements, body movements, clothing details, and vocal inflections. It evaluates those data points, examining the consistency between your answers, your level of honesty, and indications of your confidence in your statements. These will then be used to determine your experience level and to predict your future job performance. That information, with the recorded interviews, is passed on to the company's hiring authority for further study.

My biggest achievement is my mindset, as it is the engine that keeps me moving forward, content but never satisfied. For specificity, I will bring to the table two examples. My first is when I founded and co-founded two separate organizations here on West Chester Campus simultaneously; Chess Club and Greek Club. I overcame every obstacle and delegated responsibilities to peers when needed.

Consider restructuring your answer so that you begin by stating that your biggest achievement was founding/co-founding the two groups on campus. Then go into why this was such a big accomplishment for you and how your mindset played a role in achieving this. Also, make sure to connect this achievement to the role; explain how you'll also take the initiative, overcome obstacles, and delegate to others within the company. Good job!

As corny as this one may sound it's getting to this point, and receiving the opportunity to intern at such an incredible company. Last spring I made the dean's list for the first time, started my first college job, and started a small but mighty social media marketing agency. Despite my full plate I remained resilient, showed operational excellence, and now I'm here. It's a factor and I'm proud of it.
