I am excellent at generating ideas from myself and others in the group, and see the benefit in acting when the proper plan is achieved. I founded, and co-found two clubs in one semester at WCU because I was able to use my drive to push a project to the finish even when things got hard. I was able to talk to my exec for their opinions and ideas to gauge our progress and direction.
