Seeing the sacrifice my ancestors and family laid for me. My dad's side was poor immigrants but worked to the top for us. My mom's side was also less fortunate, but through enterprise were able to make it for themselves and their family. These facts are motivating in literally every walk of life to do 100% in all my pursuits.
