"As soon as a client vices any concerns, I address them immediately to avoid losing them as a client. If the issue is something I can resolve, I take the necessary steps and reassure the client that our company will provide what we've agreed to without any issues. I also ask how I can be of better service to them. If the issue is out of my control, I still find ways to continue working with the client."
