Even though there may be several ways one could interpret this question, what matters is how closely your answer aligns with how PwC interprets it. One of the PwC Professional attributes is "Business Acumen." They define business acumen in the following statement:
"You'll bring business knowledge and awareness, or have a willingness to learn about business, and can bring innovation, and fresh thinking, to create distinctive value for our clients and PwC. How do you keep up-to-date with business and industry trends? Do you consider all facts and think broadly about data when making recommendations? Do you see opportunities within changing business environments which can add value?"

When researching their website, you'll be able to find language that, in one way or another, effectively answers many of the questions posed throughout your interview set. Take note of their language and value statements. Integrate their language into your answers naturally, when possible. This will inform them that you've identified them as an ideal match for what you are looking for and already embrace their culture and values. When trying to dress for the role, PwC advises that you "dress in appropriate business wear. Research PwC and the position you are applying for."

According to HireVue, "Video-based assessments evaluate both what you know about performing the job ("hard skills" or competencies) and what recruiters call "soft" competencies, like communication skills, conscientiousness, problem-solving skills, team orientation, and initiative. The competencies in your video assessment are based on research by organizational psychologists about the skills and characteristics that are most important for success in that particular job role. The best thing you can do is to carefully study the job description and be sure that you have examples and real experience behind you to "show what you know" about doing that job well."

"When I worked for my grandfather's market, I identified some great opportunities to reduce our taxes. We partnered with our local parish to donate bread, produce, and other goods to their food bank. This way, instead of just taking a loss for spoilt or unused goods, we were donating them and putting them towards a good cause, building our reputation in the community, and taking advantage of a great tax write-off. Free advertising and fewer taxes. That's a win."
