Generally, when answering such a question, it is worthwhile to refresh yourself on the many leadership-type classifications out there and identify which you align yourself with. But when answering this specific question for an interview with PwC, you should also spend ample time learning about PwC's "Leadership Development Framework" and how you fit their mold, or at least embrace these values in principle if you have little to no prior leadership experience.
Considering that this seemingly general question is, in fact, company-specific, always go the extra mile when preparing for your interview, and come fully prepared to answer the question posed while exuding confidence and communicating clearly. Practice, and keep at it until you are relaxed and seem natural.

Here is some content from PwC's website describing their leadership development approach, which they state, "emphasizes frequent, informal feedback against these principles to maximize strengths, quickly close gaps and drive learning in real-time throughout the year. It centers on giving our people the skills to deliver the highest technical quality, enhance credibility and forge and sustain high-quality professional relationships. All our staff are recruited, developed, and managed against the PwC Professional's five attributes for leadership: Whole Leadership, Business Acumen, Technical and Digital, Global and Inclusive, and Relationships. The combination of these attributes helps our people bring their best self to work and to inspire their colleagues and clients to do the same. It also means that PwC people will be strongly and uniquely positioned to meet the challenges of the future wherever their careers might lead them."

Avoid trying to come across as authoritative or strong. You may think coming across as a strong figure could be beneficial, but such body language, like narrowing your eyes, folding your arms, and furrowing your brow, may more likely be interpreted by the algorithm as defensive, emotionally mature, domineering, insecure, closed-off, unapproachable, hostile, or disinterested. True strength comes from within. Instead, try to come across as confident and relaxed.

"My leadership style is about building relationships and trust. This requires understanding what each member of your team needs to succeed, giving them those tools, and trusting them to get it done. It also requires making them feel comfortable asking for help and encouraging them to come to you for guidance and strong and clear communication when needed. You have to provide equal opportunity to every member of your team to ensure their success equates to the success of the team as a whole. Lastly, you have to be a trusted resource of information, and if you don't have the answers at your fingertips, they should at the very least be within reach."
