Tell me about someone who served as a memorable mentor for you.

"I would say that my grandfather was my mentor. He always did the right thing, no matter how hard that sometimes was to do. He was a man of great integrity and never shied away from hard work. He was great with people and a great pillar of the community."

Take this advice for candidates that HireVue offers on their website: "Maximize your comfort level and share your experiences and skills as naturally as possible. This is an opportunity to share your story as a candidate. Most importantly, just relax. If your dog barks or your kid runs across the screen-relax. It's okay. Your employer will understand, and if they don't, perhaps it's not the right culture fit for you. And that's okay. This is your time to showcase who you are and what you can add to an organization. Prepare, take a deep breath, and be yourself."
