Are you passionate about providing exceptional services?" Consider these questions and share examples where you built genuine working relationships with your teammates and clients that were rooted in trust.

Showing your personality can go a long way, just like when you do live interviews or phone calls. Even though you are talking to the algorithm, you want to imagine you are speaking to a real person. So try to come across as relaxed as possible, speaking in a level yet enthusiastic tone. Maintain eye contact, and smile softly. Embody a confident, natural demeanor.
