Interviewers ask this question to determine if you agree with and live by their core values, mission statements, and value propositions. Convey your like-mindedness and that it will take no time during your onboarding to get up to speed. You want to convey, in principle, that you are already one of them. Remember, one of the PwC Professional attributes is relationships. "You're skilled at building relationships of high value which are genuine and rooted in trust." Also worth noting, PwC asks those visiting their careers webpage, "Do you build and maintain strong and authentic relationships within your professional network and develop new ones outside of it? Are you passionate about providing exceptional services?" Consider these questions and share examples where you built genuine working relationships with your teammates and clients that were rooted in trust.

Showing your personality can go a long way, just like when you do live interviews or phone calls. Even though you are talking to the algorithm, you want to imagine you are speaking to a real person. So try to come across as relaxed as possible, speaking in a level yet enthusiastic tone. Maintain eye contact, and smile softly. Embody a confident, natural demeanor.

"I like to build relationships by first learning about other people. For example, if I am building a relationship with a client, I do all I can to learn about them, how I can help them reach their goals, and who they are as a person. I always make sure to reciprocate and share who I am, my experience, my knowledge, and that I genuinely share their interests."
