This question aims to assess your integrity by evaluating the honesty of your responses, and whether your conduct aligns with Boeing's code of ethical conduct. Answer with sincerity and authenticity. The assessment vendor will scrutinize your performance for any indications of discomfort or dishonesty. Verbal cues they'll analyze to identify potential exaggeration or deception include slowly repeating the question, fragmented sentences, shifts in speech patterns, irregular speech, and fluctuations in tone. They'll also note emphasis or stress on specific words, stutters, or prolonged pauses. Non-verbal signs of dishonesty include chin-stroking, mouth or eye covering, gaze avoidance, excessive fidgeting such as restless foot and leg movements, frequent posture changes, and grooming behaviors like hair twirling or finger-to-lip gestures. Additional data points the assessment vendor will evaluate include your posture, such as slouching, arm-folding, or neck protection. They'll also monitor your facial expressions, eye and head movements, and hand gestures.

Another of Boeing's ethical shared commitments states, "I will promptly report any illegal, improper, or unethical conduct to my management or through other appropriate channels." They go on to state that "Boeing employees are united by a shared commitment to our values, safety, quality, integrity, and transparency, above all else. We must hold one another accountable to our values and to creating an open and inclusive workplace. Boeing leadership encourages employees to speak up and report concerns, an environment where everyone feels free to report errors, negligence or malicious behavior."
Relax all the muscles in your face, and when smiling, smile softly with both your mouth and your eyes. Keep your body language open, and your tone steady, even, and consistent with your statements. You want to come across as being in your comfort zone and relaxed, be at ease, speak with confidence, and come across as if you are speaking to a real person, maintaining eye contact with the camera. Remember, looking at yourself on the screen could be interpreted as looking down, which is a sign of a lack of confidence.
"I would ask them to take a different path. I would also ask them whether they preferred to be the person to inform our supervisors of their conduct, right then and there, or if they preferred I do it. If they asked me why I would do such a thing, I would inform them that they put me in this position, not the other way around, and would explain that I am committed to keeping my word to uphold the company's code of ethics and conduct, which are aligned with my own because it is the right thing to do, and that I always keep my word and do what I say I am going to do."
