There are many categories HireVue's AI assessment models will evaluate a candidate's skills for, and one is how well a candidate works with others. The algorithm will study each candidate to determine where they fall on the scale of being an extrovert, ambivert, and extrovert. It will also evaluate their relationship-building skills, their communication skills, how collaborative and team-orientated they are while coordinating with others, and whether they invest in developing their coworkers and teams. How you answer will address many of these, while additionally informing them of how aligned you are with Boeing's brand of teamwork and collaboration.

When exploring how you would build relationships with, and earn the trust of, their teams, keep in mind that their code repeatedly states they expect their employees to conduct themselves with integrity, transparency, and humility. Nonverbal cues for humility and open friendliness are leaning forward, slightly tilting your head, nodding slowly, keeping your palms open, maintaining eye contact, smiling softly, and slightly raising your eyebrows. Posture yourself in a relaxed and comfortable position.
"I am a firm believer that if you want to earn someone's trust, you have to give them your trust first. So I build relationships by being open, friendly, and transparent with who I am. I approach building relationships humbly, asking them questions about who they are, and asking for their input and advice as I get oriented. I show them I am a hard and smart worker, that I'll earn my keep and contribute in kind. I work hard on building their trust in that I am one of them, and will do what it takes to help out the team."
