Because of the industries that they operate in, Boeing has a distinct anti-corruption policy driven by honesty and integrity. If they are to seriously consider you to join their team at Boeing, your interviewer needs to know that you take honesty and integrity seriously.
Before your interview with Boeing, think about a situation in which your ethics were tested. Describe the situation and explain why you questioned being honest. Then, explain why you chose honesty while reiterating that you would work in the same fashion at Boeing.
"Yes. A couple of years ago in my current job, a close colleague, one that I had built a great relationship with over a few years, dropped in their productivity. I had a frank conversation with him to find out why productivity had dropped, and I didn't get much of a response or an answer. Over the next week, his work continued to pull the rest of our small team down, and I decided to approach our director about the issue. While it was difficult, to be honest with our leadership in this situation, I had to do what was right for our team and the company."
