"I had a coworker who was trying hard to explain a new system they'd envisioned for a work process, but they were having a great deal of difficulty communicating conceptually. So I advised them to create a presentation and gave them some tips on how to build it out. They ran with this advice and were able to articulate their thoughts well. Come up with ideas. Write them down. Ask why - and why not?! Pick each other's brain. Exchange ideas. Make plans. Make them happen. Invite someone new into the conversation. Share stories about recent trips or discoveries. Get an update on that meeting you missed while you were away."
