Before answering this question, spend ample time identifying and memorizing IKEA's 8 Key Values. Remember, they call their core values 'Key Values.' Although you'll want to understand how they define each of their values, at least memorize the key values themselves: 1.) Togetherness, 2.) Caring for people and planet, 3.) Cost-consciousness, 4.) Simplicity, 5.) Renew and improve, 6.) Different with a meaning, 7.) Give and take responsibility, and 8.) Lead by example.

"The key value that stands out to me most is 'renew and improve.' I am always looking for ways to improve, always trying to find better ways to help people, teammates, and customers alike. I admire how IKEA enables its employees to do their job better. They're constantly looking for better strategies to lower costs and thereby lower prices, and it's clear that they encourage their employees to speak their minds if they see an opportunity for improvement or need to question how something is done. I know that if I worked at IKEA, my voice would matter. Even if my suggestions aren't adopted by the company, I feel confident that my ideas would be heard, respected, and appreciated."

"I appreciate that this company values togetherness. Working together, helping each other, as opposed to working against each other competitively. Togetherness stands out as the most attractive key value to me."
