Stryker has brand recognition because the products and services they offer are top quality. For me, there is nothing more satisfying than to witness a patient who was previously unable to get around, be able to participate in life because of a procedure I was responsible for. It's what gets me out of bed in the morning.

Stryker's mission is to improve health care and to work for a company whose goal is to help support people who save lives would be extremely rewarding. My daughter was diagnosed with Turner syndrome before she was born, and we spent a lot of time at doctors and specialists before and after she was born. To work for a company that can help those people perform their work would be incredibly fulfilling.

I have always been interested in the medical field, specifically trauma. I lacked the experience to gain a clinical position and once I went back to school for Medical Office Administration it helped me blend my 20 years of Administrative experience with my newly acquired medical experience.
