"As you are aware, I would come to the Stryker team as a very experienced field technician who has worked in large regional hospitals and small community clinics around this region. I work very closely with our sales team, our engineering team, and our office staff regularly. I never hesitate to pick up the phone to call someone when I have questions or need something taken care of for a client. Two years ago, I was asked to be part of a product rollout team for a robotic assist device in dermatologic surgery. Since I had spent a great deal of time training on the use and maintenance, my role on the team was ensuring we would be able to support an initial product release to the satisfaction of customers. I wasn't hesitant to speak my mind on a well-thought-out rollout plan that ensured support wasn't burdened. My colleagues on this team appreciated my insight because they wouldn't have thought of that big-picture mindset."

In my role with SJM, I had cardiac counterparts that worked in the same hospital as I did. I worked closely with the TM's and its management on several occasions to work on bundling deals for the Hospital that would create more robust purchasing opportunities for the entire organization. I coordinated several cross-functional meetings with their RD team and ours and worked to streamline price efficiencies for both product lines.

In Toastmasters, I was elected to represent my club as the VP of Public Relations. It was an official role that required that I go to a district-wide leadership training. I sought out Toastmasters in other clubs who had been in this same role and collaborated with them. The training sessions and meetings with other members prepared me to excel as a club officer as well as attract new members to my club!

Each brand within the hotel chain was tasked with launching a service excellence program-specific. I, along with three other trainers, was tasked with training all current associates through a 10 module program within six months and ensure all new associates received the new training concurrently. There was a different program for the management team. The training was a blended program, so it involved some instructor-led, on-line, and experiential learning. As the LMS lead, I needed to create all the courses, enroll all associates, and track their progress. Along with the other instructors, we mapped out the training schedule.

While working for a Pharma company I had the great opportunity of participating in several team projects. The one I am particularly proud of is to contribute to maximizing Sales Department goals. I have recognized the company with a prize. Working with Key Account Managers, Sales Department, and Credit Risk I designed different specific offers for some of my customers taking into account their most common orders, their feedback regarding the products, and their monthly spending so we could offer more competitive prices and gain customers loyalty.

The last project I worked on was an acquisition between 2 large firms, we had to develop a cohesive compensation plan for 2021 that culturally fit both firms' pay philosophies. I was the lead PM so I made sure we had the right stakeholders involved in making key design decisions. Once the design was completed, risk/legal was involved then tech had to build it within the HR system. My role was to make sure all of the details were included in the review and the build.

As part of our previous product release, I was involved with the rollout of new profiles to our production. Working with the cross-functional teams and our production teams, I was tasked with designing the Extrusion tools for about 30 profiles. I collaborated with the program manager, supervisors, and other engineers to ensure we designed the tooling to meet their needs and prioritized based on the project needs. By the time all 30 tools were completed, we were able to meet our deadlines and rollout into manufacturing production with little issue.
