"I utilize technology to stay organized and keep track of my tasks. I keep lists in spreadsheets and use different tabs for each project. . We recently rolled out TEAMS which is very effective for quick chats, team meetings, setting up team channels, saving team files, and keeping the team notified of any updates in real-time."

"Initially, it took about six weeks to conduct a Clinical Evaluation Literature Review, which did not include writing the Clinical Literature Search Protocol and Clinical Literature Search Report, utilizing mESH search terms. It is a very manual and tedious process with multiple database lists and duplicates. I was able to eliminate 20-30% of that timeline by purchasing a software package as a Clinical Literature Screening tool. I also use it to develop other types of data used for reports and search for new concepts for new product development."

"When inspecting extrusion DIEs, we used wearable magnifying glasses to inspect 50lb DIE plates. We would struggle to hold them up to proper lighting trying to determine where a problem may be; not to mention trying to take a photo of the said defect to be able to share with our toolmaker. I had come across a USB scientific magnifying instrument with proper measurement tools, lighting, and features that would alleviate many of the struggles we have with wearable glasses. Not only was this much simpler and safer, but it also made capturing and sharing photos that much easier."
