      How to Answer

As a medical device manufacturer that is on the cutting edge of technological advancement, they expect all new staff they hire to do the same in their work. In posing this question, your interviewer wants to hear how you have put to use new technologies to help you in your work. With no right or wrong answer here, you want to demonstrate how you've thought outside the box and done your homework in the past to come up with new and efficient ways of doing things.
