"One of the reasons Stryker is so appealing to me is because of the opportunity for talented individuals to move up in the organization. To me, the next logical step after defining my value within the field sales organization is to take my territory management skills to a regional level. I am continually seeking leadership opportunities that allow me to grow my skillset and broaden my understanding of management. It makes me a better territory leader and will prepare me for a future as a Regional Director very soon."

"Stryker is such an appealing employer because of the ability to pursue career advances. After I define my value in the Field Sales sector in my territory, I would like to advance my career to a regional level. Building more management skills has been a long-standing goal of mine, and I would like to take my skills to the next level. I am continually seeking leadership opportunities that will allow me to broaden my understanding and grow my skill set. I strive to be the best territory leader I can be, but eventually, I would like to see myself as a Regional Director. I genuinely believe Stryker can groom me to make the next advance in my career."
