Try adding in more industry-specific resources that you use for keeping up with changes in the industry. YouTube can be great if you are subscribing to industry leaders' accounts. You could mention those specific channels, for instance.

I stay privy to changing technology by following SHRM for the latest webcasts and seminars related to technology and the future of digitalization. The current research is suggesting the most mature organizations have cloud-based HR systems for unlimited access, no matter where you are.

Technology has been somewhat slow to improve all components of HR. In professional services, the use of technology was far more advanced and certainly made our jobs more efficient. We utilized Skype, WorkDay, and remote offices. There were no handsets in any office; everything was done only through your work-issued laptop. All "documents" were digital. There were no actual hard files. It took a little getting used to, but I loved it.

I will gladly learn any new technology or go over any module to stay ahead of my competitors. Currently, I subscribed to Medscape, which is an app that keeps you up to date on the pharmaceutical industry. I read blogs daily at biospace.com, which keeps me up to date on the medical industry.

This is a good start! The way this question is phrased, the interviewer will be seeking a more direct response. Try to approach this as 'how do you...' vs. offering general statements on the importance. I suggest providing more specific examples of your actions.

A lot of my information on technology comes from youtube browsing. Be it innovations in appliances or automotive or infrastructure - Latest video I watched they are building a road network in Norway, many of its towns and cities are on the South West Coast but it is very jagged, so they are building a road network suspended on the water and some of it is actually underwater. When I had my dirtbike, looking for the latest technologies to improve the reliability and rideability of the bike.

As a curious person, I am always keen to learn new technologies. I feel excited every time there is a chance of participating in new technology projects. For example, I participated in the launch of the company's new website, testing new functionalities, receiving feedback from customers participating, and testing website new functions to give feedback to UX designers.
