Question 30 of 35

In your job, what does delivering results mean to you and how have you shown your ability to do this in your work?

"Delivering results is something that I've always been driven by, and it started at a young age with my competitiveness in sports and academics. I found sales to be the ideal career for me because I like to win in the market and work harder than my competitors to win business. Stryker's trauma solutions are some of the best in the business, but competition is fierce. As part of your team, I want you to know that I take monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals very seriously and put in the time with customers to ensure I am meeting all quotas. On top of this, obtaining market dominance would always be my end goal here."

"In sales, it is always about meeting and exceeding quotas. I'm huge on building and maintaining relationships so that I can experience repeat business even after the big close. Sometimes the sales cycle can take a little longer, and that doesn't mean I can't continue to provide excellent service along the way."
