"Looking back over the last eight years of my career, I'd have to say that my biggest accomplishment has been landing the biggest customer that my company has to this day. While I've had many great sales accomplishments, the hard work and true team effort I led to earn this customer's business makes it such a big accomplishment. After being told no over the course of a couple years when meeting with their CEO and hospital administrator, I remained diligent in differentiating our product, service, and pricing. To do this, I had our marketing team put together customized materials for them and that process was exciting. I also got our sales and service manager in front of their key decision-makers. The day I received the call that they wanted to do business with us was one of the most satisfying days of my career. I hope to have many more like this as part of the Stryker team."

I have hired 3 Clinical specialist and one TM1 in my career. Through coaching and mentoring the TM1 was promoted to TMIII and received his own territory in under two years. And one my Clinical specialist desired to be a TM and worked closely with me on many sales-related projects in order to hone her sales skills to be nominated to TM1 which she earned with flying colors. I take great pride in both of those promotions.

In my career, I have hired three Clinical Specialists and one TM1. As a result of my professional coaching and mentoring, my TM1 was promoted to TM3 and given his own territory in under two years. The first year I was in pharmaceuticals, I was able to get my product on hospital formulary. It was an endeavor full of challenges, but I was dedicated to the outcome because I knew it would help a great many patients. Through the process, I was also able to learn a great deal as well as make a significant contribution to the business.

At my previous job in less than seven months, I went from a customer representative to a customer care supervisor. I did this by going to team lead classes, learning as much as I can about the products, and help my colleagues when they need assistance. We can not grow as a company if we can not grow as a team.

A work accomplishment I feel very proud of is watching the refugees get promoted at work. Because of the success of the English classes, I was able to set up, some of the refugees have been able to pass their interview and be promoted to more prominent roles. I am proud of this accomplishment because I feel like I am giving back to my community and organization by fostering success for all groups, even those with unique barriers.

Recently, fast-tracking and supporting the onboarding of the _____ facility onto the wider _____ Nutritionals premix inventory review. Sharing our reports and mentoring their finance team members. Being there to support them with questions and queries. Encouraging them to come up to meet our standards. Pitching in during a presentation if they were struggling with explaining the purpose behind formatting for example.

While working in a Pharma company in Customer Care I wanted to get involucrate in Sales, so I presented a study for the Sales Manager with figures and conclusions about customers while participating in a common project with the Sales Manager to increase their goals. I was praised by the Sales Manager who wanted me to work closer with Sales and wrote a recommendation letter explaining my success in the project.

One of the largest accomplishments is submitting the paperwork for the transition of Notified Bodies from the UK to the Netherlands, for the Notified Body that certified our CE certificates with BSI. Even though the MDD certificates were due to expire, I submitted the transition paperwork and met the deadline in order to keep the MDD certificates. Also, the 13485:2016 Audit was due and BSI could not fit us in prior to our QMS certificate expiring, I sourced a different Notified Body to perform the MDSAP audit and they also performed the ISO 13485:2016 Audit, we were able to save all of our certificates and keep selling our product without having our certificates being pulled or expiring. That was the best regulatory strategy I have ever come up with after meeting dead end after dead end.
