"The break room was my least favorite aspect of my last job. No one ever cleaned out the fridge or the microwave. I tried coming up with solutions, but no one adopted them. In every other way, everyone on our teams was all for kaizen. I'm also not a fan of the water cooler. They never cleaned it out, and everyone would congregate there and trap each other in conversation. I need to stay productive."

Be honest about what you liked least while remaining focused on the positive takeaways from your experience. Avoid speaking poorly of former colleagues, as that will only reflect poorly on your interpersonal skills. Don't say anything to suggest your teammates failed to meet your unrealistic standards or expectations. Communicating such points will reflect more poorly on you than on them. So offer something situational while avoiding negative terms.

Even though you are sharing what you won't miss about your last job, you want to demonstrate your positive outlook and attitude. Keep your tone and choice of words consistent with the fondness you wish to convey. The algorithm will assess how consistent those non-verbal cues, body movements, and tone are with the example you relay. Avoid using negative words or terminology.

As a professional, I prefer to focus on the positive aspects of my experiences and learn from any challenges or areas for improvement. While I appreciate the opportunities and experiences I have gained in my previous role, there are no specific negative aspects that I am eager to leave behind.
That being said, as with any job, there may have been certain aspects that were more challenging or less enjoyable. However, I always strive to maintain a positive and proactive attitude, focusing on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems.
In my previous role as an external audit manager of multinational companies, I had the opportunity to work on complex audit engagements and collaborate with a diverse range of clients and team members. While there may have been occasional difficulties, I view these experiences as opportunities for growth and learning.
In considering a new role with another audit firm, my focus is on the potential for new challenges, opportunities for growth, and alignment with the firm's values and culture. I am excited about the possibility of contributing my skills and expertise to a new team and working towards shared goals and objectives.

Jaymie's Feedback
This can be a tricky question to answer. You took the best approach of not speaking negatively about a former employer or manager and focused more on what you're taking away from the job.

While I appreciate the availability of hot beverage choices at work, the hot beverage machine was my least favorite thing due to an unfortunate incident where it gave me a stomach ache. Although my company took steps to address the issue by changing the drink powders, I decided to avoid it to stay productive and ensure I can focus on my job without any discomfort.
Marcie's Feedback
Interesting! This is a great way to avoid saying anything negative about your coworkers, managers, or the company culture at your last job. Nice!
