"One of my proudest accomplishments was exceeding the timeframes of my career plan this year. I developed a pretty good system for managing the timeframes of my goals and felt my ambitions were realistic. Yet I accomplished all the goals I'd set for myself for three years in one. I am the only one in charge of my development, and that's why I am here today."

Quite often, there is a rhyme and reason behind why a company asks the interview questions they ask. More often than not, they are aligned with a company's core values, mission statements, and value propositions.
For example, "Do you know what drives you? What makes you get up in the morning and feel proud at the end of each working day? We believe magic happens when you can pursue your passions and find meaning in what you do. You can truly make a difference and create an impact here.
To make this magic a reality, we encourage all our people and teams to find their real purpose and align it with ours. Because when you make an impact, we do too. Sound exciting? It is."

As an external audit manager of multinational companies, I have had the privilege of working on many challenging and rewarding projects throughout my career. However, if I had to identify my biggest professional accomplishment, it would be the successful completion of a complex audit engagement for a large multinational client.
The engagement involved auditing the financial statements of multiple subsidiaries across different countries and required extensive coordination with local audit teams and stakeholders. It was a high-pressure engagement with tight deadlines and a significant amount of technical accounting and auditing issues to resolve.
To ensure the success of the engagement, I worked closely with the client to gain a deep understanding of their business and identified key risks and areas of focus for the audit. I also implemented a comprehensive audit plan, leveraging the strengths of my team and collaborating effectively with local audit teams.
Through effective communication, collaboration, and technical expertise, we were able to complete the engagement on time and to a high standard, providing the client with valuable insights and recommendations for improvement. This accomplishment not only showcased my ability to manage complex engagements but also reinforced the importance of building strong client relationships and teamwork.
Overall, I am proud of this accomplishment and grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the success of the client and my team.
