Question 4 of 25

How do you ensure invoices are accurate and paid in a timely and consistent manner?

"In my previous role, the software we used helped organize invoices to be paid at the end of the month. I would arrange reminders for myself on my calendar if I ever wanted to take care of things ahead of time or get a head start on end of the month tasks. Additionally, whenever I have a long list of to-dos, I create checklists to ensure I get to each and every task on time. As a team, we would also often audit each other's work to ensure everything was accurate and timely and hold ourselves accountable."
