Question 27 of 32

You are scheduled to leave at 6 pm and your replacement doesn't show up. What would you do?

"If the Sales Associate meant to take over the next shift did not come to work, I would first report the situation to my manager. If the best solution was for me to stay and I was approved to work overtime, I would cover the shift. In my current position, this situation has occurred a couple of times. Both times I stayed late to cover the shift. Last week, I went to work on my day off to assist with staff shortages. I am always happy to help when I can."
