Do you work well on a team? How would you define teamwork?

"Yes, I work very well in a team. I define teamwork as pulling all stakeholders together and working with everyone's unique strengths to meet one common goal. In my current job, the other Sales Associates and I work as a cohesive group during our monthly inventory counts in my current position. Everyone pulls a few overtime shifts, and we double-check the database together. For our last inventory check, I was the designated leader.
