Because Teleperformance contracts to provide an array of business services with their clients with many of those services entailing confidential and sensitive information, you will likely be subjected to a full criminal background check and drug screening process if offered this position. Prior to your interview, know that a full background could include a criminal record check, a credit check, a driver's abstract, and education verification. As you answer this question, reiterate that you are willing to comply with any and all background checks that would be required for the job. If you do have any marks on your record, it is always best to disclose them during your interview and this question will allow you to do that.

I have a clean record, therefore I have no problem with providing the company with a full background check.
