"In this role at Teleperformance, innovation would come from my ability to stay educated and informed on new technologies and processes. To me innovation is getting outside your comfort zone, making that one extra step to create something out of the ordinary, even though the journey will be more difficult.
That’s one of the reasons I would be proud to be a part of a company such as Teleperformance, which thrives on innovation.

To innovate definitely means to get out of your comfort zone. It means to think outside of the box, to think of a new way to handle a problem. Can you talk about a time when you came up with an innovative solution? Try to show the interviewer that you're an innovative thinker.
