Building a diverse and inclusive culture built on human values is a top core value at Teleperformance. In looking to hire you as part of their team, your interviewer will ideally want to hear that you will bring a positive attitude and experience to their diverse company culture. As you discuss your experience working in a diverse atmosphere, talk about your own personal feelings on why a diverse and inclusive work environment is important to you. In the end, make sure your interviewer walks away from your conversation knowing that you see the importance of a well-rounded and unique team.

"I have worked with diverse groups of people most of my career, including my time in college. I am most comfortable, and happy, in this type of environment because it offers a great learning opportunity for me. In my current role, I've learned so much working with people from all over the world. I've learned to see things from other people's perspectives and take into consideration everyone's own personal beliefs and biases in the work that we do together. I would love to join your culturally diverse team at Teleperformance."

I always look for diversity in my workplace, cultural, age, orientation or religious differences can bring a big amount of inspiration.
It’s important because people from different backgrounds have different perspectives and therefore when in a team, can come up with unique solutions to situations presented their way.

Excellent response! You're right that diversity (which can include age, academic differences, gender, disabilities, ethnicities, sexual orientations, religious beliefs, and so on) can enrich one's life because it exposes them to a variety of different perspectives. Don't forget to mention a specific instance when you worked or learned with a diverse group of people since this is what the question asks. Otherwise, great reply!
