To get an idea that you would join the Teleperformance team as a motivated individual and to get a sense of what really motivates you on the job, your interviewer wants to hear who has been the greatest influence on your career. Prior to your interview, put some serious thought into who has been the most influential to you in terms of your work ethic and style. What will seal the deal on your answer is your explanation for why this person has been so influential to you and your work.

"I would have to say that the greatest influence on my career has been one of my professors from college. Mr. Smith was the professor of my business ethics class, and I connected well with his teaching style. Even after graduating, we kept in touch, and he has greatly influenced my coaching, teaching, and leadership style in the workplace."

I would have to say that the greatest influence has been my partner, he keeps me motivated and supports me in striking for more in everything I do. He has a very strong work ethic and is 100 % self—made, I find my biggest inspiration in him.
Marcie's Feedback
Nice! It's great that your partner motivates and supports you, in addition to having a strong work ethic and being self-made. Can you talk more about how he expresses his support and/or exactly how he motivates you? In what ways have you seen his work ethic come out? Can you talk more about his background story? Do you try to be like him? The more details you give, the more memorable this response will be to the interviewer. Great job!
