In looking to bring you aboard their team at Teleperformance, your interviewer is looking to get a sense of what type of employee you would be as part of their larger team and how you would interact with them on a regular basis. They ideally want to hear that you are capable of maintaining a harmonious relationship with those who are considered your leaders. As you prepare for a question like this during your interview with Teleperformance, try to think of ways that you seek understanding from your manager, how you keep your cool in tough situations and how you anticipate the needs of your leader and work proactively in your job. Then, reiterate your ability to be an open communicator and proactive listener as part of the Teleperformance team.

I think the main component of any good relationship is honesty, not being afraid to discuss the wins but the roadblocks in the workflow as well.
Understanding what is truly important to them is also crucial — for my most recent boss this was organization, which is essential for me as well, therefore I exceeded in it and that was the element that created a sense of harmony between the two of us.
Marcie's Feedback
Awesome! It sounds like you had a good relationship with your most recent boss which the interviewer will be happy to hear. Being honest and understanding what matters to them are definitely two ways to build a strong relationship. Plus, your mention of being organized doesn't hurt either! This is a great response.
