At Teleperformance, the role that you are interviewing for will likely have you working on many different projects at one time and your interviewer needs to be assured that you would bring the ability to prioritize and multitask with ease to their team. Prior to your interview, put some thought into how you have stayed organized and on track in your work in the past and come to your interview with the ability to talk about the tools and resources you use to stay on track in your work. If you have an example of a time where you successfully handled a large workload with many tasks happening at once, be sure to talk about that experience and how you managed it successfully.

"If fortunate enough to join your team at Teleperformance, I would rely on my ability to stay organized and detail-oriented when working with multiple clients. My process for prioritization in my work would involve knowing deadlines and working on the most urgent items first. From there, the project checklist I utilize would continuously be updated and reorganized on a daily basis to ensure that nothing is missed. In working as part of a larger team, I would be in constant communication with my colleagues to ensure that all projects stay on pace for completion."

I prioritize my work according to its highest demands and stay well organized.

To make your response more specific (and meaningful to the interviewer), consider mentioning that you prioritize projects based on both urgency (deadlines) and importance. Also, talk more about how you stay organized. Do you use a calendar? Post-its? A to-do list? The more details you can give, the better! You could also include an example here of a time when you had to prioritize multiple projects/tasks that were on your plate and did so successfully.

Organization was never a problem for me, I’m skilled at handling multiple situations at once.
When I’m deciding which task to prioritize I always look at the timeline of deadlines or the urgency of the issue that occurred, after that, I’m able to see a clear schedule of what to complete first.

Nice! Mentioning the urgency and importance of projects is key here as these two factors will allow you to successfully prioritize. You might also talk about the tools you use to prioritize and organize (e.g., programs, calendars, planners, etc.) Including an example of a time when you successfully prioritized multiple projects will also strengthen your answer. Great job!
