Teleperformance supports many different front and back-end business operations for clients in every industry. This can include technology, healthcare, and retail sales. In time in this role with Teleperformance, you will be expected to keep the private business information of clients strictly confidential. To ensure that you'll be able to take confidential matters seriously on their team, your interviewer is looking for you to talk about any experience you have in working with confidential information. Prior to your interview, think about the experience you would bring to the Teleperformance team and be prepared to talk openly and honestly about why keeping the information confidential was important. Be sure that your interviewer walks away from your interview knowing that you will take the confidentiality of clients seriously in this role.

"In my current role, I am required to sign a non-disclosure agreement because I am exposed to many business confidential items in my work. At times, I am working with our engineering staff on new product designs and I must never even talk about these items to anyone, including other staff in our office. I take confidentiality very seriously in my work and would continue to do the same here at Teleperformance."

I worked in the movie industry before, where confidentiality is key, by leaking information you put in a very difficult position not only yourself but also the entire process.
Besides the fact, that you’ll get fired, you could ruin a year’s worth of work of others at stake and so there’s no other option than taking this matter very seriously.
Marcie's Feedback
Wow! You clearly have experience keeping information confidential. Don't forget to end your response by conveying to the interviewer that you will take special care to keep their customers' information and material confidential the same way you did when you worked in the movie industry. Good job!
