Rather than asking about what you like to do in your free time outside of work, your interviewer is posing this question to gauge the creative side of your brain to see what really interests you. Prior to your interview, put some thought into the creative activities and hobbies you have and come to your interview prepared to talk about why these activities are important to you. No matter how you answer this question, make sure your interviewer walks away from this question knowing that you have a creative side to you and that you can approach anything you set your mind to with passion.

I already mentioned my two biggest hobbies fashion and nail art, although lately, I’ve been dreaming about producing my own music, so maybe I’ll add that to my list soon.
After my injury, several years back, I had to stop all the sports groups I attended, I shifted my focus towards art and it completely changed the direction of my life, but I’m very grateful for it because I can’t even imagine where I would be right now without getting to unleash the creative side of me.
